White Lotus Wellbeing – Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with White Lotus Wellbeing Clinic for treatments, workshops, classes, courses, consultations, online sessions, and events.
1. Booking & Payment
All appointments, classes, workshops, and courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. No Refund Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable.
Once a booking has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:
Change of mind
Illness or injury
Inability to attend
Personal circumstances
Scheduling conflicts
Late arrival or missed appointments
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of White Lotus Wellbeing if sufficient notice is given.
Requests to reschedule are not guaranteed.
Failure to attend an appointment or event without notice will result in the full booking fee being lost.
4. Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment or session time.
Sessions will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients.
Full payment remains payable regardless of reduced treatment time.
5. Cancellations by White Lotus Wellbeing
In the unlikely event that White Lotus Wellbeing needs to cancel a booking, clients will be offered:
An alternative appointment date, or
A full refund of the amount paid.
6. Health & Medical Information
Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date health information before treatments or sessions.
White Lotus Wellbeing reserves the right to refuse treatment where contraindications or safety concerns are present.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any service with White Lotus Wellbeing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the No Refund Policy.
