Hi I'm Lyn Gregory Holistic Therapist, Somatic Movement Instructor & Reiki Master. I have more than 25 yrs experience in the Wellbeing sector, fully qualified and insured.

My passion is to help people improve their wellbeing, making positive changes through diet exercise and improving postural alignment.

I provide a holistic approach through a consultation, finding out where you need to make changes to improve your health and wellbeing.

Bespoke Treatment plans can be created just for you, these can include a combination of holistic therapies, somatic movement exercises, dietary changes and exercise. Other changes in yourself can be achieved through mindfulness and meditation and changing your routines and mindset.

I am based in Selston Nottinghamshire. I also provide a home visiting service, Pamper Party’s for groups and Seated Acupressure Massage in the workplace. Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
